1. Digital products & online courses

All OraSpark courses are digital products delivered online. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• The course has not been fully accessed or completed.
• Less than 25% of the course content has been viewed.
• No certificate has been issued.

OraSpark reserves the right to verify course usage before approving any refund.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The request is made after the allowed refund period.
• The course has been completed or mostly consumed.
• A certificate has already been issued.
• The purchase was made during discounts, promotions, or special offers (unless stated otherwise).
• The issue is due to user-side technical problems (internet, device, browser).

4. Live sessions & workshops

• Refund requests for live courses or workshops must be submitted before the course start date.
• No refunds will be provided once the live session has started or recordings are shared.
• Missed live sessions are non-refundable.

5. Subscription plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Partial refunds are not available for unused subscription time.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@oraspark.com with the following:

• Full name
• Registered email address
• Course name
• Reason for refund
• Proof of payment, if requested

7. Refund processing

• Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
• Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks & disputes

• Initiating a chargeback without contacting OraSpark first may result in account suspension.
• We encourage users to contact support to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

9. Changes to this policy

OraSpark reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
